Q. Are “Blossom” real flowers?
A. Yes, Blossom uses real flowers and leaves only.
   
Q. Are “Blossom” handmade?
A. Yes, every single piece of Blossom is handmade so each one has individual characters. However, we control the quality to ensure that the same models will have only slight variation in arrangements.
   
Q. Do you do customized design?
A. We understand the nature of our customers who are seeking for unique products, so we do customized design to suit their needs. Please feel free to call our office anytime to arrange a meeting.
   
Q. How to clean “Blossom”?
A. Blossom composed of two parts; glass and flowers arrangements. So you can clean it with normal glass cleaning products.
   
Q. Any concern about “Blossom”?
A. Direct sunlight and strong vibration will affect the life of the product.
How to Order

Online: By using this web site. Select a model from Product Catalogue Menu, select a product by clicking on its image and then specify the quantity you wish to purchase. You can view your shopping cart contents at any time by clicking the shopping cart link in the top menu bar which will direct you to your own Shopping Cart. You can go back and do more shopping by clicking “Continue shopping” button. When you finish shopping, click “Proceed to the next step of check out” button. Complete shipping information, billing information and select your method of payment. Your order will be shipped promptly.

** Please ensure you provide us with a valid e-mail address during checkout. We will not use your e-mail address for any other purpose other than communicating to you about the status of your order.

** For wholesalers and retailers, please register to get Username and Password or you can contact us directly by email, fax or telephone.

Price
  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and in terms of FOB Calgary (our warehouse).
  • All prices are excluding shipping fee, tax, customs or import duties, if applicable. Tax charges are calculated automatically during check out.

Payment

We use Paypal, which accepts VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and eCheck (Paypal membership is free of charge ; it only requires that you have an email address for processing. The process takes about 2 minutes.)

We also accept wire, Postal Money Orders ( Canada , US or International), and certified cheque.  On checkout, you will be given the option to pay by Wire, Money Order, or Certified Cheque, please complete with mailing instructions.

Shipping Charges

Orders are shipped by Canada Post with Expedited Parcel within Canada and Expedited Parcel - U.S.A. to the United States . Shipping fees are calculated based on destination, weight and value of the order at the time of check out.

Within Canada

  • Orders are shipped by Canada Post with Expedited Parcel Ground Service only (Due to altitude change if delivery by air, there might be some changes in lifetime of the products. So ground service will be only one way of shipment we use)
  • The shipment will take approximately 1~5 business days based on destination.
  • Please inquire if you would like to have faster service, additional cost is charged based on zone and type of service.
  • We will e-mail you with shipment details when the order is shipped. Please ensure you provide us with a valid e-mail address during checkout. We will not use your e-mail address for any other purpose other than communicating to you about the status of your order.

United States

  • Orders are shipped only by Canada Post with Expedited Parcel - U.S.A. Ground Service only.
  • The shipment will take approximately 6~12 business days (not including Saturdays, Sundays and Statutory holidays) based on destination (except Alaska , Hawaii , Guam, and Puerto Rico which will take longer between 2~6 weeks).
  • Customs or import duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the purchasers and are not included.
  • We will e-mail you with shipment details when the order is shipped. Please ensure you provide us with a valid e-mail address during checkout. We will not use your e-mail address for any other purpose other than communicating to you about the status of your order.

International

  • Since “Blossom” is handmade product and can be shipped by ground service only, we do not guarantee how long it will take to ship internationally (outside Canada and U.S. ) However, if you are interested in our products, please contact us and discuss case by case.

Return Policy

All return orders must be authorized by our Customer Service Department. Any unauthorized returns will be refused. We reserve the right to verify return product information before issuing a return credit.

To return an item, please complete and fax or email your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form to Home Asia Trading Inc. and you will get RMA number. This number must appear on the outside on each carton being returned. Customers are responsible for shipping cost.

  • Claims for defective or damaged merchandise should be made to the carrier and must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
  • Home Asia wants every customer to be satisfied with their purchase; so we accept returns of not damaged or defective within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Products must be shipped pre-paid and returned in their original packaging and be in a saleable condition. However, this return will be subject to 20% restocking charge ($5 minimum).
  • We guarantee our good quality products. Should the colour of flowers is faded within 6 months of purchasing; we are willing to exchange for new product. Please send product with original receipt back to us. Please contact us to make arrangements before sending back any goods.

Back Orders / Discontinued Items

Our website is updated on a timely basis for items on back order and for discontinued items. However inherit delays in the supply chain, may on rare occasions allow a Back Ordered or Discontinued item to be ordered, before it can be removed or updated on the website.

You will be notified of back orders / discontinued items within 24-36 hours (excluding weekends).  You have the option of holding the shipment until the backordered item arrives in stock, substitute for another item, cancel the back ordered / discontinued item, or cancel the entire order if you wish.  Your order total will be adjusted accordingly.

If we receive no correspondence from you, by phone or email within 5 business days, the remainder of the order (excluding the back ordered item(s), will be shipped and you will be refunded for the unavailable item(s).  

You always have the option to re-order the out of stock or substitution item(s) once it becomes available.  This re-order will be treated as a new order, and all applicable charges will apply, as a new order. 

Please note that back orders are few and far between; however, we advise that Customers order early to allow for any possible delays.
